These are not abstract concepts. Each one has a precise energetic definition — and a felt experience you will likely recognise immediately.

Unjustified Karma 

Most people believe all karma is earned — a debt to be paid for things done in past lives. But some karma was already paid off long ago. The problem is, after spending numerous lifetimes running that same pattern, it became deeply familiar. Comfortable, even. So you kept paying — not because you owed anything, but because it was all you knew how to do.

Unjustified karma is karmic debt you are already free and clear of. This work helps you finally stop paying it.

Trauma 

Trauma, in this context, goes far beyond the painful events of this lifetime. It is the energetic imprint of wounding carried across your current life, past lives, parallel lives, and your ancestral lineage. The original event may be centuries or lifetimes old — but the imprint remains active in your field today, quietly shaping how you receive love, wealth, safety, and expansion.

Clearing it does not require you to revisit or relive it. It requires going to the dimension where it lives.

Pain Body 

The pain body is the accumulated emotional residue of everything you have suppressed, pushed through, numbed, or been unable to fully process across lifetimes. Solstice Self Sabotage Healing Workshop ( June 21st, Live Workshop )  

This is not a lecture — it is a live healing experience. Safrina guides you through a deep exploration of where your self-sabotage truly originates: this life, past lives, parallel lives, or your ancestral line. The workshop closes with a live Akashic healing session, using the amplified energy of the Summer Solstice to anchor the clearing work and activate your forward momentum. ( even if you can't join us live, as long as you're on Safrina's registration list, you will be added into the Akashic Healing session ).

High Dimensional Healing Session 2 ( June 27th, Full Package registrants only ) — Going Deeper: Unjustified Karma & the Pain Body Unjustified karma is perhaps the most overlooked source of stagnation — and completely outside the scope of feng shui. In this session, we do a deep, targeted clearing of karmic imprints and the pain body, dissolving the invisible weight that has been slowing your energy, your decisions, and your results. 

High Dimensional Healing Session 3 ( July 4th, Full Package registrants only ) — The Roots: Trauma & Shadow Integration 

Here we go into the layers beneath the surface — trauma from this life, past lives, and parallel realities, alongside the shadow selves that hold those patterns in place. This is profound, liberating work that allows you to fully embody your next level without the old stories pulling you back.

High Dimensional Healing Session 4 ( July 11th, Full package registrants only ) — The Upgrade: DNA Activation (Strands 1–4) The final session works at the most fundamental level of your physical and energetic blueprint. A targeted spiritual DNA clearing across strands 1 through 4 recalibrates your baseline frequency — so the clean, activated version of you is not just a temporary state, but your new normal.
